ELEANOR (TOOTSIE) COMEAU (nee DOIRON) Peacefully passed away August 4, 2011, at Tache Centre. She was predeceased by her loving husband George-Aimé in 2006. She was also predeceased by her parents, Alphonse and Edna Doiron (nee Pitre). She leaves to mourn her children Jackie (Brian) Harrison, Annette (Frank) Dumais, Roland (Audrey), Philippe (Bonnie), Claude (Dayna), eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Dolores Patsy Schaubroeck, her brother Leonard (Andree), sisters-in-law, Denise Dupas, Gisele (Maurice) Lafreniere, Jackie Comeau, brothers-in-law, Lucien (Lorraine) Comeau, Peter Tucker, and several nieces and nephews. Tootsie was born at St. Boniface General Hospital on June 25, 1929. She worked for a short while at Eaton's. After marrying Dad in 1950, she was busy raising her family. She enjoyed her home life, family get togethers, card games and dominos. Her family will miss her dearly. A special thank you to the staff on 3ABC for the excellent care our mother received. Funeral mass will be held Tuesday, August 9, 2011, at Holy Cross Parish, 252 Dubuc St. at 10:00 a.m.. A private interment will take place at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mom's memory to a charity of one's choice. Love you and miss you. Into your hands I commend my spirit, O Lord.
