EVA ELIZABETH SIEDLER (nee MARTIN) Sadly on July 30, 2011, our mother Eva passed away at the age of 69. Eva is survived by her five children Mike, Deborah, Katharina (Wayne), Teresa, and Franz. She also had ten grandchildren and six great-grandchilden. Eva was born in Atwater, Saskatchewan where she loved to ride horses and care for the animals. As a young girl, the family moved to Winnipeg. She was married to Alfred Siedler in 1958 until his passing in 2003. Eva enjoyed being at her cottage at Lee River spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and also enjoyed watching her Oaters. There will be a celebration of life service for Eva on Sunday, August 7, 2011 at Player's, located at 2184 McPhillips Street. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. with the service at noon. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Kidney Foundation of Manitoba or the Canadian Diabetes Association in Eva's name.
