MAURICE MORIN July 31, 1938 - August 1, 2011 After a lengthy illness, it is with sadness and peace in our hearts, that we announce the passing of Maurice on August 1, 2011, at the Concordia Hospital at the age of 73 years. Maurice is survived by his step children, Cindy (Darrel), Bonnie, Kelly and Ricky as well as eight grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Victor (Fernande), Rene (Helen), Henri (Donalda), Raymond (Linda), sisters Alice, Albina, Irene (Raymond) and special friend Jeannine. He was predeceased by his wife Lois, parents Albini and Florine, brothers Robert, Eusebe, and Levis, sisters Eva, Germaine and Marie. Sincere thanks to Dr. Pat Harris and Dr. Salem who gave him such good care during his illness and also to all the staff at the Concordia Hospital for making Maurice's last days as comfortable as possible. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 11, 2011, at 4:00 p.m. in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel 211 Regent Avenue West in Transcona, Father Leonce Aubin presiding.
