Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNETTIE FUNK March 23, 1931 - August 8, 2011 Nettie was born in Chortitz, a small village south west of Winkler, Manitoba, on March 23, 1931. Nettie was predeceased by her sons Milton (1991) and James (2011), parents Julius and Elizabeth Klassen, brother George, twin sister Betty, sister Marlene, and an infant brother at the age of seven months. Nettie will be lovingly remembered by her husband Abe, of 57 years, daughter Debra (Frank), daughter-in-law Marlene, son Kelvin, seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, remaining siblings and their families. Funeral will be held on Friday, August 12, 2011 at Portage Avenue Church, 1420 Portage Ave., Winnipeg at 10:30 a.m. Viewing will be 9:30 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. Donations can be made to the Gideon's Bible Society, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
