SHIRLEY RUTH RADUL It is with deep regret and sorrow that the family of Shirley Radul announces her sudden passing on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at the Grace Hospital in Winnipeg at the age of 77 years. Left to dearly miss and lovingly remember Shirley are her sons, Vern Radul, Gerry Radul (Janice), James Radul (Karen); daughter Jodi Radul; sisters Audrey (Len) and Rae (Ken); four grandchildren Christopher Sean, Tammy, Corbin and Matthew; as well as many relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her life companion, Boyle Schaeffer, and her former husband Gordon Radul. After raising four children, mother served the Province of Manitoba with dignity for many years as a Special Examiner (Court Reporter) for the Court of Queen's Bench. Her favourite holiday was in England with her youngest son Jim. She enjoyed historical and architectural books and programs, bingo with her sister Audrey and friends and most of all she loved sharing the life and times of her grandchildren. Christmas was the favourite time of year for Mom as she loved the season and all it meant in the truest sense. Mom cared deeply about everyone and always was there to listen and help anyway she could and put her children and grandchildren above all and that was her greatest gift. We love you very much! On Thursday, August 11, 2011 a private Funeral Service was held in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 2157 Portage Avenue at Sharp Boulevard. We would like to thank the staff and Dr. Reynolds at the Grace Hospital for their kind and professional care for our mother. In lieu of flowers, donations in Shirley's name may be made to a charity of your choice. Souls Love Forever
