Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFLORENCE ELSIE MAUDE NELSON Peacefully on Thursday, August 11, 2011, Florence passed away at the Middlechurch Personal Care Home at the age of 89 years. Florence is survived by daughter Tiana Nelson; granddaughters, Rebecca Johnston and Tanith Nelson-Zahirney; great-granddaughters, Keleigh Johnston-Danais, Miranda Johnston and Elayna Johnston; siblings, David and Penny Nicholl, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband Hugh John Nelson; daughter Bronwyn Johnston and brother Roy. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, August 18 at 3:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Florence's memory to the Alzheimer Society.
