JOHN BZOVEY November 16, 1928 - August 15,2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of John Bzovey at his home on August 15, 2011. He will be forever missed by his loving wife Anne of 62 years, his daughter Pat, son John Jr. (Lorri), and grandchildren Sean, Jim (Lorie), Kristen (Mike), Chris and Brandon. He was predeceased by his father, mother, brother Peter, and sister Rose. Dad lived his 82 years to the fullest. He believed that being with his family was important. Holidays and special dinners were dear to his heart. He had a gift for giving the right card to each family member. He loved gardening and caring for his menagerie of animals over the years. Dad's passion was square dancing at St. Anne's church where he even was president of the Kildonan Seniors Horizons. He was a member of the East Kildonan Masonic Temple. He spent his working career at CN Shops where he was a well respected foreman and made many long lasting friendships. Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 19,2011 in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel 211 Regent Avenue, West at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at the Ukrainian Nation Cemetery. Dad, You were someone we could count on, You always had the time to tell us a story or share, and talk. You always picked us up when we fell down. The special years will not return, when we were all together. But with the love within our hearts, you will stay with us forever.
