Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUCILA A.M. CALIXTO Peacefully, Lucila A. M. Calixto passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital on August 17, 2011 at the age 83 years. Lucila was predeceased by her late husband Nicanor Geron Calixto Sr. and son Serafin Calixto. She will be lovingly remembered by Clarita, Lerma, Lucila M. and Romeo (Beth), of Winnipeg, Camilo (Celerina), Julieta, Nicanor Jr. of the Philippines; grandchildren: Rommel, and Romnick of Winnipeg, Ronald, Francis, Carolina, Carlo, Camilo Jr., Arcely, Nicanor the third, Nica, Nicki, Jessie, and Joy; great-grandchildren Cyrus, Clasophea. Lucila was a dedicated mother and grandmother. Family always came first. She raised eight children on her own. Viewing (Lamay) will be held on Saturday, and Sunday, August 27 and 28, between 7:00 p.m. and 12:00 midnight at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. Funeral Service will also be held at the Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family wishes to thank the Homecare staff for all that you have done for Lucila and her family.
