HEUNG WING OR December 7, 1947 August 24, 2011 Peacefully, surrounded by family and friends, Heung Wing Or passed away on August 24, 2011 at St. Boniface Hospital at 63 years of age. Wing was born in China and moved to Canada in 1974. He was a tailor by trade and owned his own business Wing Or Shanghai Tailors . Wing will be lovingly remembered by his wife Yu Lun Or, daughters Lena (Frank) Tom and Lily (Winston) Yip, son Allen (Miso-dog) and grandchildren Cassandra and Carson, and Caitlyn and Hayley. He is also survived by his brother Yuen Chung Or (and wife), and sisters Oi Chu Chan (and husband) and Oi Kum Or, along with numerous friends. Thank you to the staff at St. Boniface Hospital, and thanks for all the support from family and friends. A memorial service will be held Sunday, August 28, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at the Winnipeg Chinese Alliance Church, 261 Colony St. In lieu of flowers, donations in Wing's memory can be made to the St. Boniface Hospital or the Winnipeg Chinese Alliance Church.
