FRANK HENRY PALUK 1913 - 2011 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our Dad and Geedo on August 29, 2011, at the age of 97, at the Betel Home in Selkirk. He leaves to mourn his children: Allan (Barbara), Carol (Don Lavallee), Audrey (John), Ken (Judy), Valerie (Gerald); his grandchildren Doug, Jeff, Lynn, Dale, Wayne, Kim, Shelley, Wesley, Trevor, Elissa, Kyle, Kris and Kurtis, and 11 great-grandchildren. Dad was predeceased by the love of his life Phyllis, of 60 years, whom he met building the family home for Phyllis' dad. Dad was born September 18, 1913 in Komarno, the second youngest of 10 children of Peter and Anna Paluch. Dad was a farmer at heart, and gardener, he loved spending quality time with family and friends. We will always remember Dad's sense of humor, his kindness, his smurky smile and big heart. Special thanks to the staff at the Betel Home in Selkirk. Prayers will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Teulon, Hwy. #7. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 2, 2011, at 11:00 a.m., at St. Stephens Church, Pleasant Home.
