JEAN GUY (JOHN) CARDINAL It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Jean Guy (John) Cardinal on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at Foyer Valade. John was predeceased by his parents Adelard and Rita. He is survived by his wife Ottilia; children: John, Gerry, Joanne McMillan, Rita Okrainetz, Robert and their families; his sister Lucille Beaudry and nephew. John's life was his family. He was a good father, good provider and a hard worker. The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the third floor staff at Foyer Valade for their excellent care and many acts of kindness given to John (our dear Pops). In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. Funeral Mass celebrating John's life will be held on Monday, September 5, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Ignatius Church, 255 Stafford St., SW Corydon and Stafford. The Coutu family in care of arrangements: E.
