CLARENCE JACOB ENNS Clare died in his sleep August 31, 2011 in Dawson Creek. Survived by his mother Dora and predeceased by his dad Pete (1996) and brother Lorne (1969). His adventure began at Niverville in January 1940. Though not fond of school, he was a lifelong learner and reader. He possessed a dry wit and was a keen but wary observer of the human condition. Though small in stature, he possessed the heart of a warrior and wouldn't abide bully's and blowhards. He appreciated and defended all wildlife. Material things held little interest. Happiness was a beer, a smoke, a book, a good meal and a long, brisk walk with a beloved dog. He lived and worked at many places and jobs throughout northwestern Ontario, western and northern Canada, but preferred the solitude of dozer operator or gardening. A special thanks to his cousin Hilda in Grande Prairie. Cremation has taken place. As requested - no funeral service.
