AUGUST (GUS) LALIBERTY On Saturday, August 27, 2011 August (Gus) Laliberty passed away peacefully. Gus was born August 23, 1931 in St. Boniface Hospital and was raised in St. Vital . The past 27 years of his life has been spent in St. James with his beloved wife Marion. Gus was a long time member of Army and Navy 293 for many years. Although Gus had been ill for many months, he showed courage, strength and dignity. He is now at peace in God's Kingdom where we will meet up together again. Gus, you were my husband, my life and my best friend throughout our time together. Gus is survived by his three stepchidren, Dan, John and Lisa and also his beloved dog Bandit who misses him so very much. Thank you to Dan and Lisa for all the care they provided for Gus while he was at home during his illness. A very special thank you to Jackie and Mercedes for the care and friendship you gave Gus during his illness and to all homecare staff who came to our home. Gus, I will love you forever and will miss you terribly. Rest in Peace my Darling
