ROBERT (BOBBY) OVIDE JOSEPH COMBOT July 9, 1954 - September 2, 2011 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Bobby Combot on September 2, 2011 with his family by his side at the St. Boniface Hospital at the age of 57 years. Bobby was predeceased by his father John, brother-in-law Leonard, father-in-law Mike and sister-in-law Kathy. Left to cherish Bobby's memory are his loving wife of 27 years, Karen; son Mikey; mother Rita; five sisters, Yvette (David), Paulette, Gisele (Larry), Jackie (Glenn), Michelle (Dave); brother Mark (Cheryl); three brothers-in-law, Michael (Marilyn), David (Cheryl), Steven (Lisa); and one sister-in-law Kim (Gilles); mother-in-law Diane; his best friend Weiser and many nieces, nephews and friends. Bob was born in Morris. He moved to Transcona when he was eight and remained a true Transconian for the rest of his years. Bob met the love of his life Karen in 1984. He loved to fish, race cars, and had a huge passion for scrap which some of us would call junk, but most of all Bob enjoyed spending time with family and friends. It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone. For part of us went with you, the day God called you home. Respecting Bobby's wishes, a private family service will take place.
