ELIZABETH (BETH) EPLER August 17, 1922 - September 4, 2011 Peacefully on Sunday September 4, 2011, Beth, aged 89 years of Carman Manitoba, returned to her Lord surrounded by family, the caring staff of the Boyne Lodge, and the Carman Palliative Care Volunteers. Beth will be sadly missed by her two sons and their families, Gary and Rosemary Epler of Sanford and their family; Corinne (Tim) Reinsch and children Nicholas and Travis of Brunkild; Steven (Andrea) Epler and children Damian, Isabella, and Mia of Sanford; David (Maureen) Epler and children Renee and Carver of Sanford. Dennis and Marilyn Epler of Strathmore, AB and their family; Pamela (Aaron) Betke and children Maria and William of Strathmore; Matthew (Erin) Epler of Airdrie, AB and Daniel Epler of Strathmore. She is survived by one sister, Margaret Suppes of Emerson and two sister-in-laws, Evelyn Gaetz of Carman, and Ruth Epler of Winnipeg and many extended family members, friends, and neighbours. Viewing will be held on Friday September 9, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at Doyle's Funeral Chapel in Carman. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Brunkild with Reverend Leslie Poulin officiating. Interment will take place prior to the service at 2:00 p.m. at St. Paul's Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandchildren; Corinne Reinsch, Pamela Betke, Steven Epler, Matthew Epler, David Epler and Daniel Epler. A Celebration of Life lunch will be held after the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Boyne Lodge in Carman. Doyle's Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
