ERNA KOSZYK (nee SCHNEIDER) Peacefully on Sunday, September 4, 2011, Erna Koszyk passed away at the age of 80 years, at home surrounded by family and friends. Erna was predeceased by her son John, in 1973, her husband Wojcik in 1991 and daughter Monica Raccio in 2002. She is survived by her daughter Susanna (Eddie) and grandsons Larry, Ryan and John and son-in-law Perry. Erna was born on May 18, 1931, in Romania. She immigrated with her husband Wojcik Koszyk and son John, to Winnipeg, Canada onMay 16, 1957. Erna was a member and Sergeant of Arms at the Polish Legion 246. She was also a volunteer with the lady auxiliary. Mom enjoyed gardening, cooking, dancing and most of all her family, especially her grandsons Larry, Ryan and John. A special thanks to Carolyn for all her loving care, we couldn't have done it with you.
