BENNETT ERIKURSON ISFELD Passed away suddenly at his residence in Amaranth, Manitoba on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at the age of 78 years. Bennett was born in Amaranth and stayed there until the late 50's. He then moved to Winnipeg and had several jobs until he moved back to Amaranth in 1978, where he was a commercial fisherman until he retired in the late 1980's. Predeceased by his father Eric; mother Liza; brothers Marshall and Dave; sisters Shirley and Darlene. Lovingly missed by his wife Lina Helen; daughter Wendi (Kevin); sons Marty (Dawn) and Jeff (Crystal); daughters Karen (Joel), Tanya and Mandy; son Bennett; 15 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family would like to acknowledge the Kinosota Trail Paramedics for their diligent efforts. We would like to also thank Dr. Finney and Monica and her staff at the Portage Hospital, lastly Dr. Hussein at St. Boniface for giving Dad a second chance. Funeral Service will be held at 3:00 p.m, Friday, September 9, 2011 at Our Lady Of Angels Catholic Church. Viewing will be held at 2:00 p.m, at the church prior to the service.
