IRENE KASHAK 1919 - 2011 Peacefully in her sleep, we lost our Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother on September 7, 2011 at the age of 92. Predeceased by her husband John of 40 years in 1993, Mum leaves to cherish her memories, her son Art (Teresa) of Brandon, daughters, Elizabeth and Ruth, granddaughter Andrea (Matthew) and great-grandsons, Andrew and Zane. She will also be sadly missed by nephew Al Wheeler (Sandy) and family of Whitecourt, AB. A graduate from North Bay, ON Normal School in 1940, Mum's influence as a teacher was profound and wide-reaching. Many of her former students from Crozier School (a rural one-room school near Fort Frances, ON) went on to careers in education and several continued to send Mum birthday greetings right up to this year! In keeping with Mum's wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her favourite charity, Siloam Mission. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
