Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM JAMES HENRY MCMILLAN William James Henry McMillan, beloved husband of Naomi (Nett), passed away suddenly on Wednesday, September 7 at St. Boniface Hospital. Henry and Naomi had just celebrated their 70th Anniversary on August 16, 2011. Henry was born on June 30, 1918 in Transcona where he lived most of his life. He served in the army 1942 - 1945 as a driver. He was a 'car' man all his life. He was a mechanic before joining the C.N.R. where he held various jobs before settling for being a pipefitter for his last working years. He will be greatly missed by his loving wife Naomi (Nett); sister-in-law Jean Kresko and family Greg; Cathy Hatch and husband Greg, Kate; Paul; Lisa Huggins and husband Colin, and family Kailey, Blake and Ainsley; sister-in- law Anne Howell and son Ken Baniuk, both of Vancouver. He was predeceased by brother in law John Kresko in 1993. We'll miss your one- liners Henry. Memorial service will be held at St. George's Anglican Church, 321 Pandora Ave, Transcona. On Tuesday September 13, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Email condolences can be sent to Kresko@Shaw.ca., Internment of ashes at St. John's Cathedral, 135 Anderson Ave., at a later date. Wheelers Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
