L. MARGARET WEIR (nee TOOTH) Peacefully passed on May 22, 2011 in Comox, BC. Margaret was born in Winnipeg on August 29, 1922 to Rose and John Tooth. After living the first 80 years of her full life in Winnipeg, Margaret moved to Comox, BC in 2002, where she joined many groups and in many new activities. She was predeceased by her husband Gordon in 2002, and her brothers Philip, Sidney, and Ken. She leaves behind her daughter Diane of Comox, brother Ernie of Winnipeg, and Clifford of Toronto, a large family including many nieces and nephews, and many friends. A celebration of Margaret's life was held in Comox on May 28, 2011 at the D'Esterre Centre. Donations can be made to the BC Cancer Foundation, 600-686 West Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5Z 1G1.
