Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySOUSANNA LIMNEOS With great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved sister and aunt on September 19, 2011 at St. Boniface Hospital. Sousanna was born on March 24, 1925 in Vlahioti, Lakonias, Greece and came to Winnipeg in December of 1960 where she met and married her husband, George Limneos, they spent 16 loving years together. While Sousanna lived in Greece she learned the seamstress trade, and when she came to Winnipeg she continued to work as a seamstress for many years. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband George and five siblings. She will be lovingly remembered by her one surviving brother Dino Liakakis, along with many nieces and nephews. Prayers will be held Thursday, September 22 at 7:00 p.m. at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 2255 Grant Avenue. Funeral service will be held Friday, September 23 at 11:00 a.m. at the same location, with interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery. Rev. Fr. Theodore Paraskevopoulos presiding. Sousanna, you will be truly missed and forever loved.
