SHIRLEY JEAN GILBERT (nee IRVINE) It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Shirley Jean Gilbert (nee Irvine) on September 19, 2011. Shirl was predeceased by her husband George; brother Bill and parents. She will be dearly missed by her sister Eva; brother Ed (Fran); nephews Bill (fiancée Marilyn), Doug (Jean) and Ed (Karlene); grand-nephews Jeff (Barbie) and Rylan; grand-niece Kyla and great-grand-niece Charlotte. Shirl was a long time member of Breezy Bend Country Club. The family would like to extend our appreciation to the care givers at Riverview Health Center. In keeping with Shirl's wishes, a private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Room 1160, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
