CHARLES HENRY YORK ENGLISH It is with great sadness Henry passed away on Friday, September 16, 2011 at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 89 years, with his beloved wife by his side. Henry worked for the C.N.R. and enjoyed his work. He was predeceased by his parents Albert and Lillian English, his sister Betty (Henry's best friend Harvey), three brothers George, Edward, and Tom, and brothers and sisters-in-law. He will be lovingly remembered by his beloved wife Hazel, and numerous nieces, nephews and their families who were all very special to him. In accordance with Henry's wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held in the family plot at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. Special thanks are extended to John Saunders, Ken Saunders, Barb Saunders, Joan and Ken Sonnichsen, Len and Karen Saunders, Shirley, Norma and Gwen for all their loving care and support given to Henry and Hazel in their time of need. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Henry to St. Boniface Hospital, or the Winnipeg Humane Society.
