BRAMWELL PRICE In his 90th year at Concordia Hospital, with his family by his side, Bram left this world for his eternal home on October 7, 2011. He is predeceased by Dorothy, his wife and best friend for over 64 years. He is survived by children Janice, Ron (Angela), grandchildren Christopher (Karen), Catherine (Francis), Jesse, Dallas, and great-grandchildren Alyssa, Travis, Cole, and Malachi. Bram and Dorothy came to Canada in 1948, after his six years in service with the Royal Air Force and settled in Winnipeg. After Bram and Dorothy married and moved to Winnipeg, he held various jobs including an accounting position at Eaton's, a property appraiser for the Federal Government, and the business manager for Booth College after retirement. Bram was a life-long Salvationist, born from Salvation Army officer parents. He played cornet in Salvation Army bands in England and in Winnipeg. He also gave lay service to his church in various ways. He loved his wife and family dearly and a family gathering was always much enjoyed. Bram accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour very early in his life and was always able to claim those words from the 23rd Psalm many times - Surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. He will be greatly missed by friends and family, and celebrated knowing that he is present with the Lord and once again united with his wife. Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 14, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at Klassen Funeral Home. Thank you to the staff of Concordia Hospital for your care and support. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Salvation Army Winnipeg East Building Fund. Arrangements entrusted to: KLASSEN FUNERAL HOME 1897 Henderson Hwy. - 338-0331 Send expressions of sympathy at www.klassenfuneralhome.com
