Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLINDA TUZ March 22, 1951 - October 10, 2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Tuz on Monday, October 10, 2011, at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 60 years. Linda was predeceased by her father Walter and nephew Marshall. Left to cherish Linda's memory are her mother Lorie, sister Debie, nieces Amie (Jason), Carly, and her best friend and companion Max, her dog. Linda enjoyed life to it's fullest. She excelled and indulged in many hobbies including bowling, darts, painting, cards and bingo to name a few. In spite of Linda's physical challenges, she always forged ahead with strength and grace. Linda has branded in our hearts her legacy of love and courage. A Celebration of Linda's life will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2011 in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Avenue West at 5:00 p.m. The family wishes to express their thanks to the staff at the Tache Centre and the St. Boniface Hospital for the excellent care and attention they gave to Linda. We met in 1987 and we met through bowling. Linda was my bowling captain and we formed a strong friendship. I was not able to attend your celebration of life because I was attending the same type of gathering for my nephew Randy. I always think of Linda and how much of an inspiration you were. I have not been able to get out much with the weather not conducive to my wheelchair but I do think of you. I am having my daughter enter this from her computer while I dictate over the phone.
