ROSALJA SITAR (nee WLOSEK) January 1, 1913 - October 12, 2011 Born in Poland, Rose immigrated to Canada in 1949, and lived in Elma, MB until her move to Winnipeg in 1974. Rose joins in heaven her late husband, Peter, and her siblings, sisters Katrina, Mary, Jessie, Marcella and brother Ludwig. She will be missed by her daughter Mary, grandchildren Melissa and Derek Weselake; her stepson Louis, grandchildren Louise, Gerald, Len (Jill), Lori, and Lewis, great-grandchildren: Jessie, Brandt, Karli, Tanner, Max, Aaron, and Megan; stepdaughter Ann Sharp; stepdaughter Sophie Unger, grandchildren Kenneth, Dale, Lowell, and Debbie, great-grandchildren Madeline and Patrick, as well as great-great-grandchildren Preston and Peyton. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Joseph's Residence Inc., Carol Lehmann of Calgary, Julie Sitar of Elma, and Wendy Stelko of Winnipeg for their assistance during this sad time. Funeral service will be held at Korban Funeral, 907 Main St., Winnipeg, MB, on Monday, October 17 at 12:00 p.m. with interment at Stony Hill Cemetery in Elma, MB at 2:00 p.m. KORBAN FUNERAL CHAPEL 956-2193
