Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARGARET ANGELYNNE WALL Born April 13, 1947 It is with profound sadness that we announce Angelynne's passing, after a short battle with cancer, on Friday, October 14, 2011. She is lovingly missed by her life partner and husband Terry Kereluk, of 27 years, her stepchildren Shawna Keehn (Rob), Daryl Kereluk (Amber), three grandchildren Ashley and Hannah Keehn and Sreanna Koche-Kereluk, brother George Wall (Frieda) (Winnipeg), sister Marlene Plett (Altona), and sister-in-law Iris Wall (British Columbia). She is predeceased by her parents David and Mary Wall of Gretna, MB, brother Armin Wall, and sister Ellie Cmela. Angelynne was born in the Gretna, MB area and attended the Mennonite Collegiate in Gretna. She followed her calling to become a teacher, teaching in Gretna for two years and in Winnipeg (St. Boniface School Division) for 32 years, as well as in C.F.B. Baden, Germany for three years. She loved her work as well as the wonderful relationships with the Early Year Teams of the many schools in which she taught. She met the love of her life, in January 1984, and they continued to travel, driving their vintage cars whenever they could and she became a mother to her newfound family. Together they shared a life of adventures and laughter and were married on July 3, 2011. She retired from teaching in 2003 and moved with Terry to the Creston Valley (Wynndel) in the Kootneys in 2005. They spent winters at Sky Valley Resort in the Palms Springs area. Angelynne enjoyed her new community in Creston, singing in the Blossom Valley and Presbyterian choirs, playing scrabble, attending concerts, swimming and meeting the wonderful people of the valley. We would like to thank our Presbyterian and United Church families for their love, kindness and support for us. Thanks also to the doctors and nurses at the Foothills Hospital in Calgary and Creston Hospital for taking care of Angelynne. A special thanks to her friends and family in Manitoba, Nova Scotia, and British Columbia for holding her hand with their voices over the phone, and the wonderful support we have received from our Creston Community. Funeral services will be held on October 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m., at the St. Stephens Presbyterian Church, 306 Northwest Blvd., Creston, BC. Cremation has taken place at the Oliver Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Foothills Cancer Hostel - Calgary.
