THOMAS VICTOR MENZIES Born May 24, 1928. Tom passed away peacefully on October 17, 2011 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by his wife Kathleen and his brother Jim. Tom is survived by his partner Jan; his daughters, Karolyn, Meg (Ralph), Lauren, Kim and Pat (Gabe); his grandchildren: Thomas, Lucas, Alyssa, Katie, Breann and Carlee; many nieces and nephews and a large extended family. Tom had a special way of bringing people into his life. His gentle, caring and accepting nature was evidenced for all to see. As a pharmacist he took great pride and pleasure in helping others and people ask of him to this day. As a person he enjoyed a wide range of family and friends and loved to spend time with them all. Tom loved music, gardening, cooking and travelling. He will be greatly missed by many. Our sincere thanks to the nurses, doctors and staff at Concordia Hospital for their expert and sensitive care. A celebration of Tom's life will be held at Niakwa Golf and Country Club on Sunday, October 23, 2011 starting at 3:00 p.m. Please join us in this celebration.
