ERIC DANIEL TOBIN 1987 - 2011 With great sadness, Eric's family announces his unexpected passing on October 17th, 2011. He will be sadly missed by his parents Barb and Brian, his brother David (Dominique), his sister McKenzie ( Quinn ) and his beautiful daughter Nyla (Aurielle). Eric was also blessed with a large extended family who will miss him dearly, especially his grandmother, Margaret. Eric will be remembered as well by a large circle of friends, amongst them his closest friends Sarah and James (Meaghan). Eric was a beautiful son, a loving brother and most especially a caring dad. His passion for the Jets never waned. He was so excited when the team returned to Winnipeg and was fortunate enough to have attended a recent game. Eric was appreciated for his sense of humour, his loyalty and his generosity. He would do anything for anyone - truly a man for others - a great friend. A celebration of Eric's life will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2011 at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue (across from Brookside Cemetery). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Eric's name to the Addictions Foundation of Manitoba, Attn. Finance Department, 3RD Floor, 1031 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3G 0R8.
