Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALEXSANDRA (JEAN) OSIPA 1913 - 2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved aunt Jean Osipa on October 17, 2011 at the River East Personal Care Home at the age of 98 years. Born February 20, 1913 in Gimli,Manitoba, she was predeceased by her parents, Stefan and Anna, daughter, Sandy, six brothers and two sisters. Aunt Jean leaves many nieces and nephews to cherish her memory. Jean worked many years at Canada Packers, retiring in January 1978. She was the oldest member of the UFCW Union Local 832. The family wishes to extend thanks to the staff of River East Personal Care Home, with a special thanks to Annette and Arlene. A private service was held to celebrate the life of Aunt Jean at Glen Eden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Jean to a charity of your choice.
