DARRYL WAZNEY January 13, 1964 - October 23, 2011 Peacefully, with his family by his side, Darryl passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. He leaves to mourn, his wife Lise and three boys, Tyler, Brenden and Felix. He also leaves behind his mother Janice (Conn), his sister Carla (Darin) and brother Scott (Mary-Ann). Also left behind are his in-laws, Renald and Lorraine Parent, Robert (Lynne), Lynne (Pierre), Lucette (Dave), Lianne (Michel), as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Darryl lived to watch his boys play sports. You could always find him in the stands wearing one of his special hats to cheer them on. He was a loving dad! A big thank you to Jacqueline (a close friend), John, Darryl's best friend, for all the care, support and love. Also a special thanks to our friends for all their care and support through this time. Thank you to the staff at Riverview Health Centre for their compassionate care. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 28, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. Private interment to follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Darryl's name to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Room ON1160, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3E 0V9.
