ALBERT MARSHALL RAE February 9, 1920 - October 26, 2011 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our dad, grandpa, great-grandpa, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend on October 26, 2011 at the Lundar Personal Care Home, with his family by his side. He is survived by his five children, Charlene (Victor), Carey (Bonnie), Stuart (Debra), Jan (Gord) and Heather (Garth); 17 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren: Schon (Lee-Anne) and family, Tim (Brianne) and family, Darcy (Renee) and family, Tracy (Joe) and family, Darlene (Paul) and family, Denise, Keith (Ali), Jodi, Chantal, Breanna (Matthew), Shaun (Nadine) and family, Stacy (Sean) and family, Kristi (Rodney) and family, Karalee, Devon (Rebecca) and Dusty. He is also survived by sister Bertha and sisters-in-law Doris and Lenore, and many nieces and nephews. Dad was predeceased by his wife Ruth (Mom), son-in-law Brian, three sisters, four brothers-in-law, his parents, his twin brother, and friend Eunice. Dad we will miss your singing, your jokes and your unconditional love you gave to all of us. You are now resting in peace and we as a family couldn't ask for anything more. The Family would like to thank Dr. Neil Burnet, and staff of the Lundar Personal Care Home, you were all Dad's angels. We would especially like to thank our sister-in-law Bonnie, for all the love, care and compassion you gave Dad, you were the sparkle in his eye. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 4, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Lundar Community Hall, Rev. Melanie Kauppila will officiate. Interment of cremains will follow at Clarkleigh Cemetery.
