WILLIAM (BILL) H. GRANGER On Saturday, October 29, 2011, at Concordia Hospital, our beloved father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away at 82 years of age. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife of 61 years, Florence (Flo); six children, Debbie (Joe), Bonnie (Mike), Holly (Wayne), Bill (Nat), Dan, Donna (Dave); 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Thelma; sisters-in-law, Joan (Gus) and Ruth; brother-in-law, Bob (Dorothy); as well as, many nieces and nephews. Dad was predeceased by his parents, Bill and Ruby; and sisters Joan, Ethel (Stan) and Ev (Wally). Dad loved to golf and was a member of the Pine Ridge Golf Club for over 52 years. Mom and Dad began dating when they were in school, when Dad was 15 and Mom was 14. They have been together ever since. Dad was a glass man and worked at that trade from 1952 with Allan's Auto Glass until 1976, when he opened his own business Granger and Sons Auto Glass. He retired in 1994. Respecting Dad's wishes, cremation has taken place. Celebration of Dad's life will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2, 2011, in the Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Avenue West. Private family interment will be held at a later date.
