FABIEN LAURENCELLE It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Fabien Laurencelle on November 1, 2011 at the St. Anne Hospital. He was born June 22, 1934 and lived in La Broquerie all his life. He is survived by his loving wife Thérèse (Prairie), his children Nathalie, Patrick and one grandchild Mikayla; his brothers and sisters, Louis (Gisèle), Fernand (Lina), Eva (Marc), Alfred (Yvonne), Adrien, Victor (Carol), Hermance (Gordon), Marcien (Fleurette), Marie (Daniel), Lucille (Ron), and sister-in-law Jocelynne (Bob); also many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and the Prairie family. Fabien was predeceased by his parents Louis and Georgeline (Laramée); brothers, Pierre, Roland; brother and sisters-in-law, Lorraine Laurencelle, Antoine Audette, Yolande Laurencelle, Rolande Prairie and his mother-in-law Hermance Prairie. Fabien married his Petite Cherie Thérèse on June 13, 1970. They lived in La Broquerie and enjoyed farming and raising their children there. After his retirement he worked around the house taking good care of his yard and garden. They traveled to Mexico, U.S.A., Alaska and the Maritimes, etc. The family would like to thank the Ste. Anne Hospital and staff, Dr. Duval and Dr. Chatel, Sister Rioux and Sister Forest. We also would like to thank all of those who came to visit him in the hospital and for all the loving support. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 5 at 2:00 p.m. at the St. Joachim Roman Catholic Church in La Broquerie.
