KAREN ANNE FAIRES 1956 2011 Karen Faires (Bragnalo) aged 55 years, of 234 Nanton Rd. passed away in her home surrounded by family and loved ones on November 1, 2011. Born in Thunder Bay, ON Karen was well known for her kind heart and warm smile. She married the love of her life Wayne Gordon Faires in 1982. Together they made their home in Lockport, MB where they successfully opened Lockport Grocery General Store. She will be sadly missed by her husband Wayne, their two children Kristopher and Ashley, her two stepchildren Michael and Roxanne and her sister-in-law Cheryl (Barry). As well as her family in Thunder Bay, mother Dina Bragnalo, her sisters Noreen Whitehurst (Don), Diane Garro (Emilio), Darlene Marini (Irmo), Lorna LeBlanc (Rob) and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. Karen was predeceased by her father Romildo Bragnalo. A memorial service will be held in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, on Saturday, November 5, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. with Fr. Jerry Talarski officiating.
