Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJACK WHITE October 3, 1910 - November 1, 2011 Sadly we announce the peaceful passing of Jack White at the age of 101, beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather. Jack was predeceased by his wife Minnie, sisters Kate, Ellen and daughter-in-law Judy. Survived by his son Ron, grandchildren, Case (Kurtis), Jenny (Mike), Alex (Amanda), great- grandchildren, Mathew, Colby, Alysha, Owen, Erin and Spencer. After marrying Minnie, they moved from Watrous, Saskatchewan to Winnipeg, from their they moved to Woodlands were he farmed for many years, they were also custodians at the Woodlands School. Jack enjoyed curling, fishing, bingo, golfing, various carpentry projects, having coffee at the coffee bar, spending time with family and friends. Jack moved to the Oak Park Lodge where he had many friends and fond memories. Thank you to the staff at Rosewood Lodge for their care and compassion and a special thank you to the Home Care staff at Oak Park Lodge. Funeral will be held at Woodlands Hall at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 7, 2011 with interment and lunch to follow.
