Alma was born January 28, 1928 in Lemberg, SK to the late Adam and Karolyn Huget and was the youngest of nine siblings. She enjoyed the many clubs, lunches and social network that life in Pinawa offered. Alma worked for many years for the school board office and was especially proud of the time she spent volunteering on the board which included time as its' chairman. In retirement, Alma and Des loved golfing and travelling and were able to enjoy Europe, Australia and the warmth of Florida, Texas, Arizona and California during the winters. Alma is predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Des. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Brad and Karen, and John and Susan, grandchildren, Brett, Lindsay, Dana, Curtis, and Scott. The family wish to thank the staff at Golden Links Lodge for their kindness and care given to mom during the past two years.
