Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM STEVEN SYDORUK December 25, 1941 - November 7, 2011 It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of William (Bill) Sydoruk on November 7, 2011 at the age of 69. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 42 years, Dianne, son Russell (Hayley) and daughter Heather. As well, his Aunt Stella and Aunt Lil in Winnipeg, brother Leonard and family, sister Doreen and family, and brother Brian and family all in Alberta and numerous cousins. William also leaves mother-in-law, Nellie, brothers-in-law, Donald and family and Steven, and sister-in-law, Janice. William was predeceased by his mother Mary, Uncle Frank and Uncle Mitch. The family wishes to give a big thank you to the Home Care workers that helped William since his stroke in 2002. A celebration of William's life will be held on Monday, November 14, 2011 at 1:00 p.m., at Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 211 Regent Avenue West. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200 - 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6. For years in my childhood your door was open to me and your family felt like my second family. I Will never forget the times you made the effort to visit my father when he was sick with ALS. You were a good man, a good father. I had dreams of you earlier this week that were vivid and strange, they made sense to me after I learned of your passing this evening. Rest in Paradise Mr.Sydoruk.
