Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVERONIKA (VERA) WUNSCHE Peacefully on Thursday, November 10, 2011, Veronika (Vera) Wünsche passed away at Meadowood Manor at the age of 83 years. Vera was predeceased by her husband, Ludwig; her parents, Andrija and Kata; and sister Elizabeth. Vera was born in Trnovitica, Croatia on November 3, 1928. She immigrated to Canada in the early 1960s; later she met Ludwig in Winnipeg, and they were married in November of 1970. Vera enjoyed gardening, fishing and travelling. Special thanks are extended to the management and staff at Meadowood Manor, where she lived for six years until her passing, for the excellent care provided to Vera. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, November 16, 2011, at 10:30 a.m. at Green Acres Funeral Home with viewing half-an-hour before service. Interment will follow at Green Acres Cemetery.
