Billy is survived by his wife Laura, son Bill Jr. (Debbie), daughter Donna, son Wayne, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Billy's Life will be held in the Chapel of First Memorial Funeral Services, 1211 Sutherland Ave. on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Canadian Cancer Society.
