IRENE PEARL DYCK On Friday, November 11, 2011, after a lengthy illness, Irene Pearl Dyck passed away peacefully at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 76 years. Remaining to cherish Irene's memory are her daughter Wendy; son Michael; grandson Daniel; brother Richard (Lorraine) Stasyszyn; sister-in-law Tamara (Keith) Bagnall; nieces Shannon (Devin) Scramstad, April (Rolly) Saindon; nephew Darren (Dale) Stasyszyn; great-nieces and nephews Kaneesha, Emily, Ayden and Myles. She was predeceased by her husband Abraham Dyck, and parents Stephen and Elsie Stasyszyn. Irene was born in St. Charles, Varsity View now known as Charleswood on April 21, 1935. She enjoyed the outdoors. She loved her many trips, camping, hiking, etc. Irene loved 10 pin bowling and playing cards, but her morning enjoyment was a good cup of coffee with her crosswords. She worked as a secretary for a crane company and for Crestview Medi Care. On Saturday, November 19, 2011 Irene's Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Memories in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue. The family would like to express their greatest thanks to the wonderful, caring staff at the St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care. Donations in Irene's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
