Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIE ELIZABETH LASEK (nee KNOLL) Marie passed away on Thursday, November 10, 2011 at the Seven Regions Health Centre, Gladstone, MB. She resided in Portage la Prairie since 2007. She was born in Kendal, SK on February 21, 1926 to Joseph and Johanna Knoll. Marie was predeceased by her husband John Lasek, parents Joseph and Johanna Knoll, and brothers Anthony and Christian. Left to cherish her memories are brothers August and Frank, sister Antonia (Alvin) Rossnagel, and nieces and nephews. Also very special friends Ken and Sharon Smyth. As her wishes, cremation has taken place and a Graveside Service will be held at Elkhorn Cemetery on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to Ronald Moffit Memorial Services, Portage la Prairie.
