TESSIER Eulogies began at 9:15 a.m. followed by Funeral Liturgy being Celebrated on Friday, November 18, 2011 at 9:30 a.m. in St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2400 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB with Rev. José Eduardo Medeiros, presiding. Interment followed in Chapel Lawn Cemetery, 4000 Portage Avenue.
