MARIE PREVOST 1927 - 2011 Peacefully, on Friday, November 18, 2011, at the age of 84, Mom left her home on earth to be reunited with loved ones who went before her, to live life in full with her Father in Heaven. Born to August and Rose De Lima Beaudry in August of 1927. Mom had nine brothers and 12 sisters. She grew up and lived most of her life on the farm in South Junction, Manitoba. It was there in 1948, she fell in love with and married Philip Prevost. They together lovingly raised 10 children, Doris, Norbert (Julaine), Raymond (Lynn), Jocelyne (Guy), Normand (Cecile), Leon (Kathy), Sally (Jeff), John (Margie), Victor (Shawny), William (Bonnie), who in turn presented them with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mom devoted most of her time to raising her family and making baby quilts which she generously shared with family and friends. As an expression of sympathy, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Mom's memory to the Palliative Care Program in Vita, Manitoba. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Mom's funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 23, 2011, 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Assumption Roman Catholic Church, South Junction, Manitoba.
