VIOLET KOOPMAN It is with great sadness that Violet Koopman passed away peacefully on November 17, 2011. She is predeceased by husband George, and survived by her loving sisters Julia and Doris, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Violet and George were dairy farmers in the Didsbury, AB area and later retired to the Vancouver, BC area. Memorial Service to be held November 24 at 10:00 a.m., at Fraser Heights Funeral Chapel, 14835 Fraser Highway, Surrey, BC 604-589-2559. In lieu of flowers, if you wish, you can make a donation in Violet's name to the Salvation Army Cascade Community Church, 35190 Delair Road, Abbotsford, BC V3G 3B5.
