ANNA DANDENEAU (nee BRUNEAU) October 16, 1916 - November 18, 2011 Peacefully at the age of 95, with her family at her side, Anna Dandeneau passed away at Fisher Branch Personal Care Home on Friday, November 18, 2011. Anna was predeceased by her husband Leo in 1989, son Emery, daughter-in-law Helene, son-in-law Guy Encontre, her sister Emma Bernardin, brothers Pete and Aime, and granddaughters Lorna and Monique. Anna is survived by her children, Cecile Encontre, Emile (Evelyn), Alma Sobkowich (Ted), Ada Vandersteen (Harvey), Lea Menard (David), Gerald (Ida), sisters Lillian Gibson, Therese Wallack, and brother Hector Bruneau. Also survived by 25 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren. Anna is also survived by sister-in-law Therese Packulak, and brother-in-law Gerard Dandeneau (Margaret). Funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Fisher Branch on Friday, November 25 at 1:00 p.m., followed by interment at the Parish Cemetery. Special thanks to the staff at the Fisher Branch Personal Care Home for the care, dedication and support of our Mom.
