JEAN ELLEN MCCLOY 1923 - 2011 Peacefully on Friday, November 18, 2011, Jean passed away. She is survived by her children; Marr (Bill), Dal (Sandy) and son-in-law Jim, seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren as well as her partner Jamie Brown and his family. She was predeceased by her husband Dalziel Moir and her daughter Sharon. Jean was a wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, sister, aunt, mother-in-law, companion and friend. Her presence and influence touched many. She loved life, and as we remember her in the years ahead, two words will come to mind-dignity and grace. Mom, you made a difference. The world is a better place because you were in it. Thank you for who you were and what you did. We love you and we will miss you. We would like to thank the staff at Grace Hospital 4 South, the staff at Portsmouth and her home care friends. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Riverview Health Centre Foundation or a charity of your choice. Memorial service will take place on Saturday, November 26, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue with a reception to follow. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
