Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNICHOLSON (NICKY) VILLARIN It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved Nicholson (Nicky) Villarin on November 20, 2011 at the age of 34. Nicholson was a creative and affectionate man. He was multi-talented and exuded much passion for sketching and drawing, Arnis (Filipino stick fighting), comic books, reading and learning, bicycles, music, dance and simply just being in the company of his friends and family. Nicholson was a loving son to Carlos and Virginia Villarin, a compassionate brother (brother-in-law) to Dennis (Francesca), Miles, Joybel (Tot) Lengsavath, and Justin, Grandson to Rudolfo and Vicenta Villarin, Flavio and Primitiva Mendoza (predeceased by his grandmother Demetria Mendoza), boyfriend to Sara Lazareck, cousin, uncle, nephew, godfather (Ninong), friend and Kuya to many. Nicholson was born on April 11, 1977. He was raised in Winnipeg, spent most of his junior years at Maples Collegiate and graduated from Shaftesbury High School. He later spent some time in Vancouver, B.C. where he commenced his career as an actor which continued upon his return to Winnipeg. He has appeared in numerous ads, commercials, television shows and feature films. While maintaining a career in acting Nick also played an integral part in the world of security, preserving the safety for all of those around him. Without issue, Nick would always place the wellbeing of others before his own. Many referred to him as Superman , as he did the name justice. The message of peace was also a passion of Nick's. In the early 2000s Nick created the concept of :RULE: which was an acronym for Respect one another, Unite with each other, and Love one another for all Eternity. Nicky has touched many hearts along his path and his message of :RULE: Forever will live on and be shared forever. Nicky will sincerely be missed and his light will shine forever in our memories of the wonderful times we have shared with him. :RULE: Forever Please join the family in a celebration of Nicholson's life with Viewing (Lamay) from 6:00 pm to Midnight on Thursday, December 1 and Friday December 2, 2011 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, MB.
