PAUL CIESLAR 1924 2011 Peacefully, November 19, 2011, Paul passed away in the Palliative Care room at Stonewall Hospital. He was born in Czechoslovakia. He came to Canada with his family in 1936, where they settled on the farm in Stonewall. Paul was in the army and trained as a mechanic, but his real love was farming. He married Marjorie Webb in 1947, and together they raised two children on that farm. He was predeceased by his parents, Paul and Eva, and sisters Eva and Susanna. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie, of 64 years; children, Marjorie (Bob) and Jack (Sue); grandchildren, David (Jackie), Steven (Kristy), Carolyn, and Phil; great-grandchildren, Dawson, Madison, and Grady; two sisters Annie Nazaretz and Helen (Ron) Walton; and many other relatives on both sides. Special thanks to Dr. Pinniger, all of the Stonewall Hospital staff, Homecare, Palliative Care, Stonewall Pharmacy staff, niece Gayleen Nixon and MacKenzie Funeral Home. At Paul's wishes, a private family funeral was held. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to Southwest District Palliative Care, Box 1282, Stonewall, MB, R0C 2Z0.
