WILLIAM (BILL) T. BADGER It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Bill after his valiant battle with cancer. He died peacefully at the Grace Hospital on Monday, November 21, 2011 at the age of 70 years. Remaining to forever cherish Bill's memory are his wife Sandra; loving sons Kirk (Amy) and Drew (Julie); precious grandchildren Brook; expected twins; buddies Cole and Carson; as well by sisters Carole Moyse; Thora (Jim) Meade; Leslie Badger; brother-in-law Bill Jones; sisters-in-law Arlene (Ron) Barschel; Robbie McDonald (Gordie); many nieces and nephews; special Aunty Tillie; Don MacDonald and Dylan Berkowski. He was predeceased by his parents; sister Sandra and brother-in-law Don Moyse. Bill was employed with Air Canada for 32 years and made many wonderful friends along the way. In retirement, he enjoyed morning coffee with the gang at A W and McDonald's and golfing at CFB with Drew and Gord. We all know he was an avid hunter and he enjoyed outings with sons Kirk and Drew in Manitoba and more recently in Saskatchewan. Bill's family was always his top priority and his greatest joy was spending time with his family and grandchildren whom he loved with all of his heart. In compliance with Bill's wishes, there will be no Funeral Service. The family would like to extend a special thank you to our angel Julie, friends Ted and Diane, Nancy, John Martin, Bill Shinnan, Dave Leitold and Wally Steiner for always being there for Bill when he needed them the most. We would like to thank Dr. Pat Harris and the staff at the Grace CancerCare, the staff of Grace Hospital 2 South and Dr. Brian Rumbolt for the care and compassion given to Bill. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Bill's memory to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3E OV9 or a charity of your choice. You are no longer in our life to share, but will be in our hearts forever.
